How fast do you ship?
Orders in before 2PM EST ship same-day from the Grove, Mon–Fri. Standard delivery in 3–5 business days. Expedited options at checkout.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — most US states. We don't ship hemp products to ID, IA, KS, NE. See full restrictions. Checkout enforces it automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH bank transfer via Aeropay — secure, encrypted, no card fees. Connects to your bank in about 60 seconds. Apple Pay and cash also work on local pickup.
Can I pick up in-store?
Yes — free local pickup at 2747 SW 27th Ave, Coconut Grove. Open every night 8AM–3AM. Pick "Local Pickup" at checkout. Bring ID.
Do you ship discreetly?
Always. Plain unmarked box, no Ziggy's branding visible. Adult signature (21+) on age-restricted deliveries.

Are your products authentic?
Yes — every brand we carry, we carry as an authorized retailer. Manufacturer warranty honored. Zero gray-market. Defective on arrival? Email us within 14 days for a free replacement.
Do hemp products come with lab tests?
Yes. Every hemp product has a current Certificate of Analysis from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab — published on each product page. We do not carry products without transparent, current lab documentation. See how we lab-test.

How do I clean my glass piece?
Isopropyl alcohol (91%+) + coarse salt + a sealed bag, shake 2–3 minutes, rinse with hot water, dry. Full walkthrough in our cleaning guide.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
Unopened products returnable within 7 days. Opened consumables are final sale. Damaged or defective items get replaced or refunded — send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. Full policy.

What is the age requirement?
21+ only. Site entry, checkout, and adult signature at delivery on age-restricted items. We don't sell to minors. Period.
Are your hemp products federally legal?
Yes — hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws vary. See Hemp Compliance.
Will hemp products show up on a drug test?
Hemp-derived products may contain trace amounts of THC and could affect drug-test results. Consume at your own discretion. We don't make medical or test-related guarantees.
