Shopping & Orders

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 2PM EST ship same-day from our Miami warehouse, Mon–Fri. Standard shipping is 3–5 business days. Expedited options at checkout.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes — to most US states. We do not ship hemp products to ID, IA, KS, NE. See full restrictions. Availability is enforced at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

ACH bank transfer via Aeropay — secure, encrypted, no card fees. Connect your bank in about 60 seconds at checkout. Apple Pay and cash also available on local pickup.

Can I pick up in-store?

Yes — free local pickup at 2747 SW 27th Ave, Miami, FL 33133. Open daily 8AM–3AM. Select Local Pickup at checkout. Bring ID.

Do you ship discreetly?

Always. Plain box, no Ziggy's branding, no product names visible from outside. Adult signature (21+) on age-restricted deliveries.

Products & Quality

Are your products authentic?

Yes — every brand we sell, we sell as an authorized retailer. Manufacturer warranty honored. No gray-market, no counterfeit. Defective on arrival? Email us within 14 days for a free replacement.

Do hemp products come with lab tests?

Yes. Every hemp product has a current Certificate of Analysis from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited lab — published on each product page. We do not carry products without transparent, current lab documentation. See our lab-testing approach.

What brands do you carry?

How do I clean my glass piece?

Isopropyl alcohol (91%+) + coarse salt + a sealed bag, shake 2–3 minutes, rinse with hot water, dry. Full walkthrough in our cleaning guide.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

Unopened products are returnable within 7 days. Opened consumables are final sale. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded — contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Full policy.

Compliance & 21+

What is the age requirement?

21+ only. Site-entry age gate, checkout age confirmation, and adult signature at delivery on age-restricted items. We do not sell to minors. Period.

Are your hemp products federally legal?

Yes — all hemp products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws vary. See our Hemp Compliance page for the full breakdown.

Will hemp products show up on a drug test?

Hemp-derived products may contain trace amounts of THC and could affect drug-test results. Consume at your own discretion. We don't make medical or test-related guarantees.
