No product names on the label. Nothing on the outside describes what's inside.

To a neighbor, a doorman, or anyone walking past your porch, it's an ordinary parcel.

Why your package may not look familiar

Billing descriptor

Your card statement shows a merchant descriptor, not an itemized list. Statements never describe individual products.

Packing

Glass is wrapped and cushioned for transit. If something arrives broken anyway, keep the box and see Damaged or Broken Item Claims.

Delivery to apartments and offices

Nothing on the package signals its contents, so it handles mailrooms and front desks the same as any other parcel. If your building holds packages, they'll hold this like any other.
