Our Policy

Due to the nature of hemp-derived consumable products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened products. However, we stand behind the quality of everything we sell and will work with you to resolve any issue related to product quality, shipping damage, or order errors.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Products that arrived damaged due to shipping
  • Products with a manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect items received (order error on our part)
  • Unopened products returned within 7 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened consumable products (flower, edibles, vapes, pre-rolls)
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products returned without prior authorization from our team
  • Orders refused due to state shipping restrictions (please verify your state's laws before ordering)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via ziggysmiami.com/pages/contact
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with resolution options

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. ACH refunds will be returned to the originating bank account.
