Our Policy
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened or used, all sales are final. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell and will work with you to resolve any issue related to product quality, shipping damage, or order errors.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Products that arrived damaged due to shipping
- Products with a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect items received (order error on our part)
- Unopened products returned within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Refund
- Opened or used products
- Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Products returned without prior authorization from our team
- Glass breakage from drops, impact, or thermal shock after delivery
- Normal wear on consumable parts — coils, screens, o-rings
- Orders refused due to shipping restrictions (please verify your local laws before ordering)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via ziggysmiami.com/pages/contact
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with resolution options
Arrived damaged? Go straight to Damaged or Broken Item Claims — keep the packaging. Device failed but arrived intact? See Warranty Claims.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. ACH refunds will be returned to the originating bank account.
