How we verify what we sell
- Authorized retailer status: we buy direct from the brands we carry or their authorized distributors. View our brand list.
- Authenticity features: where a brand provides them — NFC chips, serial numbers, scratch-off codes, holographic seals — we check them before shipping.
- Manufacturer warranty: because our stock is authorized, your warranty is intact. Grey-market units usually aren't covered.
- Hand-checked: glass is inspected for chips, cracks and joint fit before it's packed.
Why it matters
A counterfeit e-rig isn't just a worse product — it can ship with unsafe batteries and no recourse if it fails. Buying authorized is the only way to know what you're actually getting.
Why we don't make absolute claims
You'll notice we don't say things like "the best glass on earth." We say what we can actually stand behind: where it came from, that it's authentic, and that it was checked before it left Miami.
