This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and important information regarding the shipment of our products, including hemp-derived products. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days Express/Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available) Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout. DOMESTIC SHIPPING We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that we DO NOT ship hemp-derived products (including but not limited to Delta-8 THC, Delta-9 THC, HHC, THCA, CBD, and related products) to any state, territory, or jurisdiction where such products are prohibited or restricted by law. It is the customer's sole responsibility to know and understand the laws of their state and local jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived products. By placing an order, you confirm that hemp-derived products are legal in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we determine that shipping to your location would violate federal, state, or local laws. RESTRICTED AND PROHIBITED JURISDICTIONS Hemp-derived products will NOT be shipped to jurisdictions where they are banned or restricted. Orders placed from prohibited areas will be canceled and refunded. A list of restricted states and jurisdictions may change as laws are updated. Please check your local laws before ordering. HEMP-DERIVED PRODUCT COMPLIANCE All hemp-derived products sold by Ziggys Miami are produced in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill") and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. Products are derived from legally grown industrial hemp. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not evaluated these products. Consult your physician before use. AGE REQUIREMENT You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from Ziggys Miami. Age verification may be required upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, the shipment may be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. SHIPMENT TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website or by visiting our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. ORDER ACCURACY Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. Ziggys Miami is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES Ziggys Miami is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. For packages that arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our contact email with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. SHIPPING DELAYS While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Ziggys Miami is not liable for any damages or losses caused by shipping delays. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid address within the United States. P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES We may ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. However, expedited and express shipping options may not be available for these addresses. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION For orders over a certain value or containing hemp-derived products, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery according to their policies.
