Why 21 and not 18?
Federal law sets the minimum age for tobacco-related products and many smoke-shop accessories at 21 (Tobacco 21 Law, signed December 2019). To stay compliant across all product categories — even hemp products that have a lower federal age limit — we apply the strictest standard: 21+.
What we never do.

- Permit account creation by users under 21
Selling to a minor is illegal.
If you misrepresent your age to purchase from Ziggy's Miami, you may be in violation of state and federal law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement on suspected underage purchase attempts. We have zero tolerance.
Parents and guardians.
If you believe a minor has accessed our site or attempted a purchase, contact us immediately at compliance@ziggysmiami.com. We will investigate and cancel any such order.
