Payment Methods & Declined Cards

Payment Methods & Declined Cards

Checkout should be simple. When it isn't, it's almost always one of a handful of fixable things.

What we accept

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. If a method you expect isn't listed, it isn't currently available on this store.

Why cards get declined

A decline is almost never about you or your order. The most common causes:

  • Billing address mismatch. The address on your order must match your card statement exactly. This is the single most common cause.
  • Card security checks. Some issuers flag first-time merchants automatically. A quick call to the number on the back of your card usually clears it.
  • Typos. Card number, expiry, CVV, ZIP — worth re-entering slowly.
  • Insufficient funds or a daily limit on debit cards.
  • Prepaid or virtual cards, which some processors reject.

What to try, in order

  1. Re-enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your statement.
  2. Try a different card or an alternate payment method offered at checkout.
  3. Call your bank and ask them to approve the charge.
  4. Try again from a different browser or device.

I was charged but got no confirmation

You're most likely seeing a pending authorization, not a completed charge. When a payment fails after authorization, the hold typically clears on its own within a few business days depending on your bank.

If you see a pending amount and never got an order confirmation email, don't reorder — email info@ziggysmiami.com first so we can check whether an order exists.

Multiple pending charges

Each retry can create its own authorization hold. Only the successful one becomes a real charge; the rest fall off. If they haven't cleared after a week, contact your bank and we'll provide anything they need.

Age verification

All orders require the purchaser to be 21 or older. See Age Verification 21+.
