Shipping Restrictions
Hemp products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, but state laws vary. To stay compliant and protect you from undelivered orders, we automatically block shipping to states where our products aren't permitted.
States where we currently DO NOT ship hemp products.

Restrictions apply to specific product types only — most accessories, glass, and devices ship normally.
How shipping works.
- Free shipping on orders $50+ within the continental US (excluding restricted states above).
- Orders ship from our Miami fulfillment center within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
- Adult signature (21+) required on delivery for all hemp products. Carriers will not leave packages unattended.
- Discreet packaging — plain box, no Ziggy's branding, no product names visible. Return address shows our Miami fulfillment partner.
- Tracking emails sent automatically when your order ships.
International shipping.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping for hemp products is restricted by federal customs law. For non-hemp accessories or wholesale international inquiries, contact wholesale@ziggysmiami.com.
What happens if I order to a restricted state?
Our checkout will block the order before payment is processed. If somehow an order does process, we will refund in full and reach out to explain. We will not ship hemp products to states where they're not permitted, period.
