Ziggy's ships smoking accessories and hardware — glass, vaporizers, and gear — across the United States. A small number of products are restricted in certain states or municipalities, and checkout enforces those restrictions automatically.
How shipping works.
- Free shipping on orders $59+ within the continental US. Orders under $59 ship for a flat $8.
- Standard delivery arrives in 5–8 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 2PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Discreet packaging — plain box, no Ziggy's branding, no product names visible.
- 21+ required. Age is verified at checkout. We do not sell to minors.
- Tracking emails sent automatically when your order ships.
Local pickup and Miami delivery.
Free local pickup at 2747 SW 27th Ave, Coconut Grove — open daily 8AM–3AM. Bring valid ID. Same-day delivery is available across Miami; select it at checkout or order through our delivery partner.
International shipping.
Accessories, glass, and devices can ship internationally via USPS or DHL Express, with live carrier rates calculated at checkout. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. You are responsible for confirming that ordered items may lawfully be imported into your country — packages seized or refused by customs are not refundable.
What happens if an item can't ship to me?
Our checkout blocks the order before payment is processed. If an order somehow processes for an address we can't lawfully ship to, we refund in full and reach out to explain.
