The Vitae Glass Tri UFO 16" — three UFO percolators stacked in one tube.

Three percs in series

Each UFO disc releases smoke through slits around its rim in a wide ring. Stacking three means the smoke is broken up, recombined and broken up again twice more on its way to the mouthpiece — progressively finer bubbles and progressively more water contact at each stage.

This is the maximum-filtration end of the range. The draw is noticeably slower than a single-perc tube, which is the trade you are making: smoother and cooler in exchange for more effort per pull.

Worth knowing before you buy

Stacked percs need more frequent cleaning than a single one — there are simply more surfaces for residue to collect on. If you clean glass rarely, a single UFO will stay pleasant longer.
