Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 3PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–5 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days after processing
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day after processing (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions

Ziggy's Miami ships hemp-derived products to states where such products are legally permitted. We do not ship to states where hemp-derived THCA or related cannabinoid products are restricted or prohibited under state law. State availability is confirmed at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that hemp-derived products are legal in their state before placing an order.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our Coconut Grove location:

Open daily 8AM – 3AM

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Valid ID (21+) required at pickup.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ziggysmiami.com/pages/contact. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
