1. They sell authentic devices

2. They publish lab results on hemp products
Florida sells a LOT of hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill, but quality varies wildly. A premium shop publishes the COA for every batch. If they hand-wave on lab results, walk away. Learn to read a COA.
3. The staff actually knows the product
Tourist shops sell on volume — staff hasn't used what's on the shelf. Premium shops know each device, each strain, each piece of glass. Ask any specific question — watch the answer.
4. The pricing is in line with the brand
Authorized retailers price in line with manufacturer guidance because they buy direct. If a flagship device is priced dramatically above what the brand lists on its own site, that's worth questioning before you buy.
