Federal Compliance

All products sold by Ziggy's Miami are hemp-derived and produced in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"). Hemp is defined under federal law as Cannabis sativa L. containing not more than 0.3% Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis.

All hemp-derived products offered by Ziggy's Miami contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis as confirmed by current, third-party laboratory testing (Certificates of Analysis available on each product page).

State Law Disclaimer

While hemp-derived products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, individual state laws vary.
